Its light waight boots, insulated inside including sole.Its not not removable.These boots very comfortable and soft for winter time.My size 8.5 I ordered 9 size with second socks or one thick pair of socks its got enought space.I would recomendthem.Great value for the money(4.8 out 5 stars)
